Coffee & Code: Mapping Spatial and Temporal Data In-Person
Join Anna Kijas (Digital Scholarship Librarian, O'Neill Library) for an introduction in creating a visualization (map) with data in CartoDB, a web-based mapping and analysis tool. Several types of map layers will be explored. This session may be of interest to participants who are interested in visualizing historical data for humanities or social science projects or classroom use. Pre-req: No prior experience necessary. Create an account in CartoDB before attending. Bring your laptop to the session.
